Common Uniform “7 Days. 7 Free Orders.” Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sweepstakes Name and Description

The Common Uniform “7 Days. 7 Free Orders.” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is a random-drawing promotion with seven (7) daily drawings and one (1) winner per drawing. Each winner receives either a refund of one (1) Qualifying Order or, if the winner has no Qualifying Order, one (1) complimentary Common Uniform 6-Pack, as described in Section 8.

The Sweepstakes is advertised with phrases such as “Want your order free?”, “For 7 days, one order a day is on us,” and “7 days. 7 free orders.” Those phrases are advertising only and do not change these Official Rules. A purchase is not required to enter or win.

2. Sponsor

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by A Curated Life LLC d/b/a Common Uniform (“Sponsor”), 5582 Research Drive, Huntington Beach, California 92649, United States. Email: contact@commonuniform.com. Website: https://commonuniform.com.

The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, Apple, Shopify, Klaviyo, or any other platform or service provider through which the Sweepstakes may be advertised or administered.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or possessions, or any jurisdiction outside the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law.

The following persons are not eligible: (a) officers, directors, members, managers, employees, interns, and independent contractors of Sponsor and of Sponsor’s parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies; (b) employees of any advertising, promotion, fulfillment, legal, or other agency involved in the administration of the Sweepstakes; (c) immediate family members of any of the above (spouse, domestic partner, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses); and (d) persons living in the same household as any of the above, whether or not related.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility. If a selected winner is found to be ineligible, that person’s entries are void and an alternate winner may be selected.

4. Entry Period and Drawing Schedule

The Sweepstakes entry period begins on Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 12:00:00 a.m. Pacific Time and ends on Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

There will be seven (7) daily drawings, one (1) each day at approximately 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, beginning on Friday, October 30, 2026 and ending on Thursday, November 5, 2026 (each a “Drawing”). Each Drawing includes all eligible entries received before that Drawing, as described in Section 9. Every entry received during the Entry Period is included in at least one (1) Drawing.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes. Entries received after the Entry Period are void.

5. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

A. Email entry (free). During the Entry Period, visit https://commonuniform.com/pages/sign-up, or complete the Sweepstakes entry form that appears on Sponsor’s website, and submit a valid email address. That submission is one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (an “Email Entry”).

An Email Entry is automatically included in every Drawing that has not yet occurred when the entry is received. You do not need to enter again each day.

B. Purchase is not an entry and does not improve odds. Placing an order on commonuniform.com, joining Sponsor’s email list for reasons other than this Sweepstakes, or taking any other action not described in Section 5 or Section 6 is not an entry and will not increase a person’s chances of winning. A purchase is not required to enter, to win, or to claim a prize.

6. Optional Bonus Entry — Mobile Number

After submitting an Email Entry, an entrant may optionally provide a valid U.S. mobile telephone number through the Sweepstakes form and agree to the text-message terms below. Doing so during the Entry Period counts as one (1) additional entry for that person (a “Bonus Entry”). A Bonus Entry is included in every Drawing that has not yet occurred when it is received.

Providing a mobile number is optional. A Bonus Entry is not required to enter, to win, or to claim a prize. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase. An entrant who does not provide a mobile number remains fully eligible with his or her Email Entry. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per person.

Text-message terms. By providing a mobile number through the Sweepstakes form, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Common Uniform at the number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help and STOP to cancel. See Sponsor’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at https://commonuniform.com. You may withdraw SMS consent at any time; doing so does not affect your Email Entry, and a Bonus Entry already recorded during the Entry Period will remain in the Drawings.

A mobile number is used to record the Bonus Entry and to attempt to notify a winner more quickly.

7. Entry Limits and Conditions

Limit one (1) Email Entry per person and per email address during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) Bonus Entry per person. Maximum two (2) entries per person. A person may win only once; after a person is confirmed as a winner, all of that person’s entries are removed from the remaining Drawings.

Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated, programmed, or repetitive electronic means are void. Incomplete, illegible, undeliverable, or fraudulent entries are void. Use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or identities to obtain more than the stated number of entries is prohibited and will void all entries from that person.

Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt; Sponsor’s records of receipt control. Standard device, internet, and message/data rates may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or undeliverable entries, or for any failure of a website, form, email, or text message.

8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

Seven (7) prizes will be awarded, one (1) per Drawing. Each prize is awarded in one of the two forms below. The winner does not choose the form. The form is determined by whether the winner had a Qualifying Order at the time of the Drawing in which the winner was selected.

A “Qualifying Order” means a paid, non-cancelled consumer order of Common Uniform merchandise placed on https://commonuniform.com during the Entry Period and before the applicable Drawing, using the same email address as the winner’s Email Entry. Wholesale orders, gift-card-only orders, and orders that are cancelled, returned, charged back, or otherwise refunded are not Qualifying Orders.

Prize Form A — Order refund. If the winner had one or more Qualifying Orders at the time of the Drawing, Sponsor will refund the total amount actually paid (merchandise, shipping, and tax) for one (1) Qualifying Order, up to a maximum of $129.00 USD (the “Refund Cap”). If the winner has more than one Qualifying Order, Sponsor will refund the most recent Qualifying Order placed before the Drawing, up to the Refund Cap. Any amount above the Refund Cap is not refunded. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment within approximately fourteen (14) days after winner confirmation and may take additional time to appear depending on the winner’s financial institution. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize Form A: up to $129.00 USD. If the refunded order is later returned, the refund already issued will be treated as the full refund for that order.

Prize Form B — Complimentary 6-Pack. If the winner had no Qualifying Order at the time of the Drawing, the prize is one (1) Common Uniform 6-Pack of the winner’s choice of available adult styles, colors, and sizes, fulfilled by Sponsor as a complimentary order with standard shipping to a street address in the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia. Selection is subject to availability. ARV of Prize Form B: $129.00 USD, based on Sponsor’s regular 6-Pack price at the time these Official Rules are published.

Total ARV of all prizes: up to $903.00 USD.

Prize conditions. Prize Form A is issued only as a refund to the original method of payment. Prize Form B has no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, or redeemed for cash, store credit, or any other product, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable for any reason. Any unused portion of a prize has no residual value. The winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any, and for any costs not expressly included in the prize. Sponsor will not ship Prize Form B to a P.O. box if its then-current shipping policy does not allow it.

Mystery discount. Any “mystery discount” referenced in Sweepstakes advertising is a separate promotional offer that may be provided to entrants after entry. It is not a prize, has no cash value, does not affect the odds of winning, is not required to enter or win, and is subject to its own terms, including expiration, exclusions, and one-time use.

9. Winner Selection and Odds

At each Drawing, Sponsor or its designated representative will select one (1) potential winner at random from all eligible entries received before that Drawing, excluding entries of persons already confirmed as winners. Email Entries and Bonus Entries have equal weight. A person who has both an Email Entry and a Bonus Entry has two (2) chances in each Drawing for which those entries remain eligible.

Odds of winning any Drawing depend on the number of eligible entries received before that Drawing and cannot be determined in advance.

If a potential winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, fails to respond in time, or forfeits the prize, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that Drawing. Sponsor is not obligated to award any prize that is unclaimed after a reasonable number of alternate selections. Sponsor’s determination of winners is final.

10. Winner Notification and Verification

Each potential winner will be notified by email at the address submitted with the entry and, if a mobile number was provided, by text message. The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the time it is sent. If the potential winner does not respond within that time, or if the notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may disqualify that person and select an alternate.

As a condition of receiving a prize, a potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return, within the time Sponsor specifies, an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release. Failure to return a required document, or the return of any document as invalid, is grounds for disqualification.

Winning is contingent on verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. An entrant is not a winner until Sponsor has verified the person and the prize has been awarded.

11. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, state, and prize information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice, or approval. Sponsor may also publish a winner list as described in Section 16.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://commonuniform.com, and is used to administer the Sweepstakes, to contact potential winners, and, where the entrant has consented, for marketing communications.

Email and SMS marketing are optional and are not required to enter or win. An entrant may unsubscribe from marketing emails and texts at any time without withdrawing the entrant’s Sweepstakes entries, except that Sponsor may still contact the entrant as needed to administer the Sweepstakes and award a prize.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor’s decisions concerning all matters related to the Sweepstakes, including eligibility, entries, Drawings, prize fulfillment, and the interpretation of these Official Rules, are final and binding.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized human intervention, natural disaster, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated early, Sponsor may award the remaining prizes in a random drawing from eligible entries received before the termination.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, the website, or the operation of the Sweepstakes, or who acts in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive, abusive, or unsportsmanlike manner. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any responsible person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Limitation of Liability and Release

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, members, managers, employees, agents, and representatives (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, injuries, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to: participation in the Sweepstakes; acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize; any printing, production, or typographical error in any Sweepstakes material; any late, lost, stolen, incomplete, or misdirected entry, email, or text message; and any technical malfunction, interruption, or failure of any website, server, network, hardware, or software.

THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE TO ANY PERSON’S COMPUTER OR MOBILE DEVICE RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE RELEASED PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THE SWEEPSTAKES WILL NOT EXCEED THE ARV OF THE PRIZE AWARDED TO THE CLAIMING ENTRANT, AND IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

15. Disputes; Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Except where prohibited, any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes must be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class, collective, or representative action, in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. Each entrant consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

16. Winner List

To request a list of winners, send an email to contact@commonuniform.com with the subject line “7 Days. 7 Free Orders. Winner List,” or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Common Uniform, “7 Days. 7 Free Orders.” Winner List, 5582 Research Drive, Huntington Beach, CA 92649. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days after the final Drawing. Vermont residents may omit return postage.

17. Official Rules Availability

A copy of these Official Rules is available at https://commonuniform.com/pages/official-rules throughout the Entry Period and for a reasonable time afterward. Sponsor may update these Official Rules to correct typographical errors or to comply with law. Material changes will not be applied retroactively in a way that is unfair to entries already received, except as required by law or as provided in Section 13.

18. Abbreviated Rules for Advertising

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Void where prohibited. Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., 18+. Entry period: 10/29/26 at 12:00 a.m. PT through 11/4/26 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT. Seven daily random drawings at approx. 10:00 a.m. PT, 10/30/26 through 11/5/26. Prize per drawing: refund of one qualifying order placed before the drawing (up to $129), or one 6-Pack (ARV $129) if no qualifying order. Total ARV up to $903.
